These terms cover the Restore iOS app. By using Restore, you agree to them. They are written in plain language; if anything is unclear, write to us at hello@viframe.ai.
Who we are
Restore is published by Viframe, an independent software studio based in Samsun, Türkiye. "We", "us", and "Viframe" mean the same thing throughout this document.
Eligibility
You may use Restore if you can form a binding contract under the laws of your country and if doing so does not break those laws. If you use Restore on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use Restore on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, decompile, or reverse engineer the app, except where local law specifically permits it.
Subscriptions and credits
Restore is offered with free credits and an optional paid subscription. Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store; we never see your full payment details. Subscriptions renew automatically through your Apple ID until cancelled. You can cancel any time from iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under their published policy.
Your content
The photos you process with Restore are yours. We claim no ownership over them. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and we delete them shortly after.
Acceptable use
Do not use Restore to process images you do not have the right to use, to attempt to identify or harm any individual, to generate content that infringes someone else's rights, or for any other purpose that violates applicable laws. If we detect misuse, we may revoke your access without prior notice.
Disclaimer
Restore is provided "as is" and "as available". AI restoration is best-effort: results vary by input image, and we make no guarantee about quality, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. The app may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Viframe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Restore. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or 100 USD, whichever is greater.
Changes
We may update these terms when the product changes or when required by law. Material changes are reflected in the lastUpdated date at the top. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
