Need help with Prista? You are in the right place. Prista is published by viframe, an independent software studio. We read every message and reply in person.
Contact us
Email hello@viframe.ai and we will get back to you, usually within 1–2 business days.
To help us solve your issue faster, please include:
- The iOS version and device model you are using
- A short description of what happened and what you expected
- A screenshot, if the problem is visual
Subscriptions and billing
Prista Pro is offered as a weekly plan (with a 3-day free trial) and a yearly plan.
- Manage or cancel your subscription any time from Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the current period ends.
- Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Restore purchases: if you reinstalled the app or changed devices, open the app and use "Restore Purchases" on the paywall while signed in to the same Apple ID.
Your photos and data
Prista processes photos with AI and deletes them shortly after processing. The app works without an account — it is tied to your device, so there is no login or password to recover. For details on what we collect and why, see the Privacy Policy.
To request deletion of any data associated with your device, email hello@viframe.ai from the address you would like us to reply to.
Common questions
A photo failed to process. Check your internet connection and try again. If it keeps failing, send us the photo (if you are comfortable) and the date it happened.
My free trial was charged. A trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. If you believe this was a mistake, contact Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com and let us know — we are happy to help.
The result does not look right. AI restoration depends on the source photo. Try a higher-resolution version of the same image, or a different style. We are continuously improving the models.
