These terms cover the Glowtick iOS app. By using Glowtick, you agree to them. They are written in plain language; if anything is unclear, write to us at hello@viframe.ai.
Who we are
Glowtick is published by Viframe, an independent software studio based in Samsun, Türkiye. "We", "us", and "Viframe" mean the same thing throughout this document.
Eligibility
You may use Glowtick if you can form a binding contract under the laws of your country and if doing so does not break those laws.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use Glowtick on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, decompile, or reverse engineer the app, except where local law specifically permits it. These terms apply together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Purchases and subscriptions
Glowtick is free to use with one pattern of your own; the sample patterns that come with the app do not count. Glowtick Pro unlocks unlimited patterns and is offered as:
- Yearly — an auto-renewing subscription, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store; we never see your payment details. The subscription renews automatically through your Apple ID unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If you do not cancel during the free trial, it converts to a paid subscription. You can cancel any time from iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under their published policy.
Your patterns
The patterns you bring in remain the property of their designers and publishers. You are responsible for having the right to use any pattern you import. Glowtick keeps your patterns on your device and never shares or redistributes them. It never changes the designer's file. We claim no ownership over your patterns or your progress.
Acceptable use
Do not use Glowtick to copy, share or distribute patterns you do not have the right to, or for any purpose that violates applicable laws.
Disclaimer
Glowtick is provided "as is" and "as available". Finding the rounds and stitch counts automatically is best-effort: it works on patterns written in English (US or UK terms), and results depend on how a pattern was written and how its PDF was made. Some steps may need a check or a correction in the Steps list. Always keep your original files and follow the designer's own instructions. We make no guarantee about accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Viframe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Glowtick. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or 100 USD, whichever is greater.
Changes
We may update these terms when the product changes or when required by law. Material changes are reflected in the lastUpdated date at the top. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
