These terms cover the Filomi iOS app. By using Filomi, you agree to them. They are written in plain language; if anything is unclear, write to us at hello@viframe.ai.
Who we are
Filomi is published by Viframe, an independent software studio based in Samsun, Türkiye. "We", "us", and "Viframe" mean the same thing throughout this document.
Eligibility
You may use Filomi if you can form a binding contract under the laws of your country and if doing so does not break those laws.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use Filomi on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, decompile, or reverse engineer the app, except where local law specifically permits it. These terms apply together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Purchases and subscriptions
Filomi is free to use with one active project. Filomi Pro unlocks unlimited projects and sync between iPhone and iPad, and is offered as:
- Lifetime — a one-time purchase that never expires.
- Yearly — an auto-renewing subscription, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store; we never see your payment details. The yearly subscription renews automatically through your Apple ID unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If you do not cancel during the free trial, it converts to a paid subscription. You can cancel any time from iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under their published policy.
Your charts
The charts you import remain the property of their designers and publishers. You are responsible for having the right to use any chart you import. Filomi keeps your charts on your device (and in your own iCloud, if enabled) and never shares or redistributes them. We claim no ownership over your charts or your progress.
Acceptable use
Do not use Filomi to copy, share or distribute charts you do not have the right to, or for any purpose that violates applicable laws.
Disclaimer
Filomi is provided "as is" and "as available". Automatic chart reading is best-effort: results depend on how a chart PDF was made, and some charts may need manual calibration or may not be read correctly. Always keep your original PDF files. We make no guarantee about accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Viframe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Filomi. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or 100 USD, whichever is greater.
Changes
We may update these terms when the product changes or when required by law. Material changes are reflected in the lastUpdated date at the top. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
