These terms cover the Belturn iOS app. By using Belturn, you agree to them. They are written in plain language; if anything is unclear, write to us at hello@viframe.ai.
Who we are
Belturn is published by Viframe, an independent software studio based in Samsun, Türkiye. "We", "us", and "Viframe" mean the same thing throughout this document.
Eligibility
You may use Belturn if you can form a binding contract under the laws of your country and if doing so does not break those laws.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use Belturn on devices you own or control. You may not redistribute, resell, decompile, or reverse engineer the app, except where local law specifically permits it. These terms apply together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Purchases and subscriptions
Belturn is free to use with one rotation calendar, unlimited look-ahead, the widget, one alarm per shift type, one roster scan, iCloud backup and CSV export. Belturn Pro adds unlimited roster scans, live partner sharing and Apple Calendar sync, a second calendar, hours and pay beyond the current month, a second alarm per shift type and the Lock Screen countdown. It is offered as a yearly auto-renewing subscription, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store; we never see your payment details. The subscription renews automatically through your Apple ID unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If you do not cancel during the free trial, it converts to a paid subscription. You can cancel any time from iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under their published policy. If Pro ends, nothing you created is deleted; it stays readable.
Your schedule and rosters
Your schedule is yours; we claim no ownership over it. Rosters you scan may show other people's names: they are read on your device only and are not stored after the scan. Use the scan only for rosters you are allowed to use.
Alarms and accuracy
Belturn is a planning aid. Your employer's official roster always takes priority. Alarms are set through iOS and can be affected by device settings, Focus, sound settings, battery or the system itself; for shifts you cannot miss, keep a second way to wake up. Roster scanning is best-effort: always check the preview before importing. Hours and pay are estimates from the rates you enter; they are not payroll.
Acceptable use
Do not use Belturn for any purpose that violates applicable laws, or to share other people's personal data without the right to do so.
Disclaimer
Belturn is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantee about accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Viframe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Belturn, including missed shifts or alarms. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or 100 USD, whichever is greater.
Changes
We may update these terms when the product changes or when required by law. Material changes are reflected in the lastUpdated date at the top. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
